I love my school Full Sail!

I love my school Full Sail!

Written in 2013

So this week I’m talking about why I chose Full Sail. Here’s why.

Last week, I told you all the schools I was looking at- Regent University, University of Florida, University of South Florida, and Full Sail University. I think there were more but these were the main ones I was looking at.

At first, I was considering UF since the tuition wasn’t that high and it was the closest. Also, the program required that I go on an internship and I really need this.

I was considering Regent University because it is a Christian school.

But out of these schools, Full Sail really impressed me. They were the only one keeping in touch with me. I felt like they really cared and I felt welcomed.

I filled out a form online to request more information about the program and they called me not long after I filled it out. UF and Regent did the same thing but they did’t keep in contact with me.

My recruiter and enrollment advisor  were practically with me through the whole process. They guided me through the enrollment process, answered any questions I had, and my recruiter even waited for me to make a decision when I wasn’t sure if the program was right for me.

So I was really drawn to Full Sail. Here are some facts about my school and program:

  • It is accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges and licensed by the Commission for Independent Education.

  • It is located in Winter Park, Fl

  • The program is 12 months long and I take one class every month.

  • Total tuition is about $35,000

  • Everything is online. I don’t have to go to campus

  • My program provides what they call a project launch box. This includes a macbook pro notebook, a Sony digital camcorder with the equipment, and software to download on my computer(Microsoft, adobe,etc.).
