Sis, cut it off!
So recently Tiffany Haddish posted a video to her Instagram page of her cutting her hair off. You can see that she’s happy with the decision she made. Of course, there were some who questioned her decision and thought she was going crazy. She addressed this in her second video.
I too have cut off all my hair. A few times actually! So I know the feeling. You feel free and it feels like a weight has been lifted off your shoulders. You just feel good about yourself. Not mention you won’t have to give so much attention to your hair.
I want to address the negative comments about her cutting her hair. She said also stated this in her video. Why is it when a woman cuts her hair off something has to be wrong with her? Why is it looked down upon if a woman wants to cut her hair off? What if she just wants to do something different with her hair? Ever think about that?
There’s millions of women in the world and we all don’t have the same hair style. Some like it short. Some like it long. Some like wigs. Some have none at all. At the end of the day, why does it matter what a woman chooses to do with her hair?

Do you want to hear a funny story? The last time I cut my hair off I had a similar situation as Tiffany Haddish. I had shaved sides with relaxed hair. Anybody that truly knows me knows that I change my mind a lot when it comes to my hair. Sometimes I get impatient with keeping up with my hair and sometimes I’m just straight irritated. It was night time and this particular night I decided I was just going to cut. I was actually trying to do box braids but it wasn’t working out. I took some scissors and snip snip.
I knew my husband would be like whet?? I tried to be cool about it and got in bed. But my husband caught me (insert crying and laughing emoji). He knew something was different so he felt my head. I think I scared my husband (insert crying and laughing emoji again). I ended up going to the salon to get the rest shaved.. Here are some photos I saved from my Instagram story. Enjoy😆
